You can modify the standard screen layouts and report layouts. Custom reports can be added easily. All you need to have is a basic knowledge of HTML. This will save you the initial customization costs as well as the future maintenance costs.

User based filter definitions for different views and reports allows you to follow your sales opportunities effectively. The filter settings can be stored by user.
Reports can be generated in HTML, Accrobat Reader Format (under development), ASCII, or the information can be exported automatically into MS-Excel worksheets.
